The IMAKSI UPI Community Service Activities (P2M) in 2021 will take place on Saturday and Sunday, October 30-31 2021. These activities take place offline by adhering to strict and very good health protocols. This P2M activity was carried out in RW 12, RW 2, and the Sukajaya Village Office, to be precise in Sukajaya Village, Lembang, West Bandung Regency. In this activity, 3 main focuses are taken as the theme of this year's P2M activity, namely education, hygiene, and health.
The first day's activities will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Located in Nyawang Bandung in RW 12, the first day's activities will take place from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. The first day's activities were filled with teaching activities about several school lessons and also listing for children in RW 12 Sukajaya Village. Followed by socialization activities about the importance of cleanliness, then there was a competition to paint and decorate water barrels to be used as a washing place, a sack race, and a marbles race. This socialization and competition were attended by all children from RW 12 Sukajaya Village. This first day's activity is expected to be able to share happiness through educational and fun activities for children in RW 12 Sukajaya Village.
Then the P2M activity on the second day was carried out on Sunday, October 31, 2021, with the location of the activity, namely RW 2 Sukajaya Village and Sukajaya Village Office. The second day of activities took place from 08.00 am to 12.30 pm. The second day's activities began with community service with residents around the access road to RW 2 Sukajaya Village, as well as conducting educational teaching activities for PAUD children in RW 2 Sukajaya Village. Furthermore, counseling activities were held on financial governance and MSMEs by inviting resource persons, Mrs. Aristanti Widyaningsih. The counseling activity began with reading the holy verses of the Qur'an, remarks from the chief executive of P2M, and also remarks from the Deputy Chairperson of BPO IMAKSI. This counseling contains procedures for managing good finances, good recording and bookkeeping, as well as how to develop entrepreneurship, especially MSMEs for the residents of Sukajaya Village during this pandemic. This outreach activity was attended by PKK members and also members of the Sukajaya Village Youth Organization. Then this counseling ended with a question and answer session, giving door prizes, and giving ticket vouchers for Tirta Alam tourism for participants who were interactive and active in activities. At the end of the session, a group photo was taken.
